Refund and Return Policy

Return is acceptable in Original Condition.
The products are carefully packed to avoid any damage however if you find goods received in damaged condition , please send a mail to with pictures and we will be happy to refund you the entire amount.
We have a friendly return policy whereby we refund for products which are damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects, wrong size or does not match with photo/description as given on Epica India.
If any product reaches you in damaged state, you should email us ([email protected]) with a clear picture within 24hours of order receiving. Upon authorizing we will offer you an exchange. In case of size and weight issue we wont be able to refund or exchange you so suggest if you any doubt u can email us or Call / whatsapp us @+91-9205260049 we will provide detailed information.
