Domestic Shipping:

At EPICA INDIA we take great care to deliver your products to you and our courier partner is a leading Digital Commerce Company

We offer FREE shipping all over India and with all payment options like NET BANKING / CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD/ PAYTM/ CASH ON DELIVERY.

Delivery time of a shipping depends on the city ie. Metro cities generally takes 3-4max working days. And non Metro cities 4-5max working days.
Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Prior to your delivery, you will receive a sms alert .

For customized order delivery will depends on the products readiness.

International Shipping:

International Shipping charges are calculated by our system based on parcel weight and your zip code.

After adding your products to cart and filling up address form you will be able to see the shipping charge.

For a shipment up to 250grm , the shipping charges will be same. It is logistically more viable to club a few orders together and have them shipped instead of a smaller order.

We do not have a policy for international Returns however we will provide full support in case of any problem faced with the shipment.
